It is not necessary for the right candidate to have a background in the specifics of navigation but they must be quick to learn, dedicated to high standards and professional in their work. All necessary training and product awareness will be provided through a controlled and dedicated learning environment.

Although based in our office in Chichester, due to the nature of the work, there is a requirement to be on call out of hours and travel occasionally to Europe and the Caribbean to visit clients and attend industry events. In return we offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, ongoing training and development and the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of the business growth.

Although working within an office team, there may be extended periods during the day when you're working alone, particularly if Covid restrictions remain in place.  Help will always be on hand but you will be expected to quickly pick up the job requirements and take actions on your own initiative in accordance with company policies and procedures.
